TOKYO POLICE CLUB.

So I went to see Tokyo Police Club last night. They're such an amazing band, and I've been lucky enough to see them a few times now. They even opened with, "Hey, this is our millionth time here, thanks for coming out". So here are some throwbacks from the first time I saw them in 2008. I swear, seeing them feels like the first time. They're just as good. They put on one fuck of a show, and they have the talent to back it.

I swear the first venue they played was ridiculously hot, so all my make up sweated off.. We're going for that all sweat, all party look.

KILL THEM ALL.

OFWGKTA - VICE PHOTO SHOOT.
Despite your thoughts on whether these kids can rap, or not rap.. you try and be the one to tell me you'd say no to chillin with dudes. My subscription to vice no longer lives, someone needs to get me this copy! Terry Richardson is still the biggest creep though.

WHAT'S WACK WEDNESDAY.

THIS WEATHER FUCKING BLOWS. Tell me how I woke up to it being -19c. -19?! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!?!?!!? Mother nature decided to whip out her goods and take that down to -16, which doesn't really work for me. Bitch gave me +15c the other day, now she wants to go and run this shit?! Trick ass bitch. Not to mention trecking through the hood without any mittens. I haven't worn mittens since March. IT'S FUCKING APRIL! I shouldn't NEED mittens. The other day I was thinking, "Man oh man, I wonder when the trees will be green". Today my thought was, "Which scarf should I wear tomorrow?!". EFF. It's cool, at least I can pull out my best layering clothes. Just a little bit of a warning next time would be nice.
The weather is the only thing I have to complain about today. I mean, I have my period, but I'll save today and not go on about that til I'm really mad. Today's a good day man. We got the fucking Tokyo Police Club show tonight, and I have laundry detergent. Let the laundry raging begin!
As a minor what's wack: Tim Horton's and their price raising can suck it.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I fucking want to buy everything. I hate having this much room on my credit card. I can't stop grazing websites. Flight Club, Supreme.. I want all of you. That roach clip by Supreme is so bossy! & I don't even blaze anymore! I closed the tabs, but it was damned hard. Damned mother fucking hard. I have no food in my fridge.. I should really buy groceries instead of cool shwag. Ugh, that's boring! WAHHH!
Although, I haven't checked my lottery ticket yet. I could be a millionaire right now and not even know it! I'm so freaking tempted to break into my savings. BUT I WON'T! I went to the mall today and completely stopped myself from entering forever 21. It would've been round 5.. BUT I DIDN'T GO. It's all about will power people. ALEX! BUY ME STUFF :( In other news, some weather we're having huh?! Fuckin amazing. Tokyo Police Club is tomorrow, and I ain't drankiiing, but I is excited. I'm off to clean my room. That will make me feel better and it's free.. yay :/

TODAY IS APRIL 11TH.

Happy Birthday Maribeth!

IX-NAY ON THE CAY-VAY-AY.

I really wanted a vaycay in May, but upon thinking realistically.. it's smarter I don't. Well, it's smarter I don't go to Jamaica, or Cuba, or the Dominican.. and as much as it pains me to say that, it's smart. I'm just in a place right now where the spoiling of Botch should be less drastic. I've saved up quite a bit for 2011, and I'm proud of that. Coming this far, saving a chunk load of money feels kind of nice.. and I don't want to throw it all away. I'd rather go on a vacation knowing that I'll come back with money in the bank, rather than penny-less.
I had a huge fight with my mom this weekend. To the point where we both cried. I have never yelled at my mom like I did that night. Usually I bite my tongue and hold back what I really want to say. Instead, I blurted it all out. Every single thing I was feeling came out a hot mess. After we both cried and yelled, I think we came out with a better understanding of each other. After all, the only thing I ever want to prove to my mom is that she is the most important thing in my life.. I think AND hope, that she is starting to see that.
Alex also has stepped up to the plate. He's taking on grown up roles and although they're just beginning, it's nice. We're in a really good spot right now. We're paying off student loans, saving, paying the rent, and we're also managing to throw some pennies to spoil ourselves.. in appropriate and moderate doses.
So hey, this feels kind of nice. Kind of fucking nice man, kind of fucking nice. Grown!
